Terms & Conditions
- Check-in time is 02:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Indian citizens must present a valid government-issued photo ID, while guests of other nationalities must provide a valid Passport and Visa Confirmation for 100% advance payment.
- Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of payment/voucher within 24 hours of booking.
- Rates quoted are non-commissionable and are in US Dollars.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
- In the event of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to charge a retention fee for the entire stay.
- Cancellation policy: 50% retention charges apply for cancellations made within 30 days, and full retention is applied for cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival.
- Online payment fees or bank transaction charges will be deducted from any eligible refund for cancellations within the specified cancellation period.

Payment Policy
- After confirmation of any Package request: 50% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.
- 30 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour package cost required.
- 15 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
- All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.
- Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
- We will not entertain any credit facility.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
- Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – 25% of tour fare charge
- Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
- Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge.
- Any cancellation less than 15 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.
- Once the package is booked & confirmed North Sikkim part is Non Cancelable or Non Refundable.
Refund Policy

- Approval Timeline: Refund requests are reviewed and approved within 10 business days from the date of submission.
- Credit Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 10 to 14 business days, subject to bank processing times.
- Notification: Customers will receive an email confirmation upon approval and initiation of the refund, including transaction details.
- Payment Method: Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during the original transaction.
